Aerospace
We serve the world’s largest aircraft manufacturers, so we understand close tolerances and high quality requirements. We are MIL-Spec certified to metal finish complex parts, can fully inspect any aircraft component with our non-destructive test facility, and can cold work metal surfaces with shot peen processes to increase fatigue strength. We also have a variety of anodizing processes including hard coat, sulfuric, chromic, and RoHS compliant chem film as well as the ability to perform hard chrome plating to protect against wear.
Electronics
We have plated everything from circuit boards and switches to sophisticated electronics enclosures. Our precious metals facility can plate and measure the thickness of coating on electronic components accurately and consistently. We use the latest measurement tools, such as X-ray fluorescence, to ensure our work is precise up to one millionth of an inch, if necessary.
