  Industrial/Commercial Painting

  Sand Blasting
  • For rust removal and preparation for adhesion of Dri-Lube, paint and other coatings on aerospace and commercial parts, both large and small.

  Plastic Media Blasting
  • Recyclable tiny plastic pellets propelled by pressurized air remove paint from delicate surfaces without damaging the metal surfaces or even the metal finish.
  • Applications range from small hand-held electronic parts to large industrial storage tanks.

  Screen Printing
  • Legends, patterns, and decorative paint applied on flat surfaces up to eight feet in length or as small as the head of a nail.
  • Round surfaces screen printed up to 12 inches in diameter.
  • Multi-color applications with as many as five or six different colors applied in sequence to the same surface.

  Engraving
  • On durable surfaces such as steel, aluminum or plastic where high contact wear may be a problem.
  • Also specified for legends, nomenclature and numbers on panels, dials, switches and name plates.

  Burn-off Oven
  • Simple, economical, highly effective and environmentally acceptable means of paint removal for heavy industrial and marine parts where the metal surface is not temperature sensitive.

  Teflon Coatings
  • For industrial and aerospace parts requiring a non-stick or low-drag coefficient surface.
  • As one of the few qualified applicators of industrial Teflon coatings in the Northwest, we can help determine which type of Teflon and application method best meets your particular needs.

  Dri-Film Lubricants
  • Used in place of greases and oils for lubrication, surface protection and corrosion inhibition.
  • Among the most highly technical and critical-to-apply surface coatings.
  • All of Color Tech’s Dri-Film work meets Mil-Spec or customer specification.

  Automated Powder Coating Line
  • Ideal for large runs of parts needing quick turnaround.
  • Semi-automated with line speeds up to eight feet per minute.
  • Five stage cleaner and phosphate pre-treatment preps parts.
  • Handles everything from electronic components to marine parts.
  • Available in epoxies, polyesters, nylons and various hybrids with a variety of colors and textures.
  • Provides a tough, durable finish that offers excellent protection against weather, ultraviolet light, moisture and some chemical resistance.
  • Electrostatic spray system produces a clean, even finish that satisfies even the most stringent requirements for industrial and commercial applications.
  • Certain parts may even be reformed without damage.
